page and commenting on the competition posts from August 1st 2019 you will receive one entry.
This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK, except for employees of Compare Ferries, their immediate
family members or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
The prize consists of one single/return ferry crossing of the winner’s discretion of up to the value of
£200.
The prize is supplied by www.compareferries.com and must be booked via the telephone number provided on the
winner’s documentation.
The value of this prize is £200 – Any additional costs must be paid for by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
This prize must be taken within 12 months.
To enter this Prize Draw, you must like Compare
Ferries on Facebook and you will
entered into the prize draw 1 time.
This prize draw will start on Thursday 1st August 2019 and final entries must be in by 11:59 on the 18th August 2019.
By participating in any of the posts the entrants are agreeing to abide by the Facebook and Twitter Terms of Use:
Any entry account which breaches these rules will automatically be disqualified.
Compare Ferries accepts no responsibility for late entries, delayed entries or non-receipt of entries due
to any reason whatsoever, including technical faults or inability to access mail accounts or the Internet.
The name of the winner will be posted on the Compare Ferries Facebook and Twitter
pages, as well as Compare Ferries blog, and may be used for future PR activity. Compare Ferries is GDPR
compliant and will act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed
fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by 11:59 on the 18th August 2019.
Compare Ferries decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
If a winner has not responded within the five days following notification, the prize will be forfeited and
a new winner will be selected at random.
Each prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, and
each prize must be taken as offered.
Compare Ferries reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative one of its choosing which has
a value of the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
Compare Ferries reserves the right to cancel or refuse any individual entry or to postpone or cancel this
prize draw in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to circumstances where it is apparent
that there has been fraudulent activity or access to the Internet has been prevented for a period longer
than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems beyond the control of Compare Ferries
